We had over 60 kids attend the fastest, coolest sled run in Burbank this past Sunday at the Just 4 KiCKs (Kids in Christ’s Kingdom) winter get-together!!! A huge thank-you to all the wonderful kids and numerous parent helpers who came to celebrate the Advent Season with us! Special thanks to the following families for their generous contributions: the Mitsuis, the Kenneys, the Porrases, the Deckers, the Roebucks, the Simics, the Neumanns, the Reckers and the Goldsworthys. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, drinking hot chocolate and playing in the SNOW!!! The sled run was such fun and super-fast. The Advent Ceremony was a beautiful way to end our fun day. God Bless you all as you continue to celebrate this Advent Season and prepare your hearts for Christmas
The First Event of the Year was a huge success
Just 4 KiCKs Wacky Olympics
We had a wickedly fun time at the Just 4 KiCKs Third Annual Wacky Olympics. We wove a web and made new friends. We participated in the wackiest, wartiest, witchiest game ever. We stuffed our faces with pizza and doughnuts and then we were mummified! Over forty 3rd, 4th- and 5th-graders joined in the fun. A huge thanks to all of our parent helpers -- the games went smoothly and clean-up was quick because of your help.
